destination - Seasons to travel

The Ivy

#food

  • Yes, we're talking about Ivy, but instead of London splendour, the company has set up shop in Birmingham to bring a taste of the capital to the Midlands.
  • The restaurant and the cuisine are blasts of colour and taste, located in Temple Row but devoid of the celebrity types who frequent its equivalents in the capital.
  • Whether you're ordering à la carte, afternoon tea, or a crème brûlée dip, expect it to be served with a flourish.
destination - Seasons to travel

  • Tattu, which bills itself as "the yin yang experience," is the polar opposite of balance in many aspects — it is enormous and OTT in every manner.
  • It's tough to ignore the honed skill set required to get there when looking at its beautifully exact dishes.
  • This is a terrific place to commemorate a special occasion with classics with a twist, delicious wagyu beef, and impressively prepared desserts.
