These apartments boast an excellent location in the heart of Benidorm's Levante Beach area, just 450 meters from the beach and a short walk from the vibrant nightlife. Supermarkets, restaurants, and a shopping center are conveniently located next door, while Terra Mitica and Aqualandia theme parks are a mere 10-minute drive away. Benidorm city center is also within a 10-minute walk. The complex comprises two 24-story buildings featuring spacious common areas, three lifts per building, a garden, free indoor parking, 24-hour security, and concierge service. A total of 240 apartments are available. Each apartment offers one or two bedrooms with double beds, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with ceramic hobs, a fridge, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, and an iron with ironing board. An en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub is also provided. Additional amenities include an in-room safe, a plasma-screen TV with satellite channels, and a large sunroom. Air conditioning is available from May 1st onwards. Guests can enjoy outdoor swimming pools for both adults and children, as well as a tennis court (fees apply) and a sun terrace with loungers. Keys are collected at the Beninter office located at Calle Ibiza 6, Benidorm (+34 965857060). Office hours are from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. For arrivals outside office hours, keys will be left in a secure safe near the office, and the access code will be sent via SMS. A €200 security deposit is required by credit card. One week before arrival, a link to the BBVA bank (Redsys. es) will be sent to facilitate payment. The deposit will be refunded to the same credit card within seven days of departure, provided there are no issues.
