The hotel will be under renovation from march 24 2025 to may 18 2025 because 8 apartments will be renovated the works will be from monday to sunday from 09 00 to 19 00 hours flooring both inside and outside terraces or balconies furniture kitchens bathrooms including cladding and installations and lighting will be changed in the end it will be painted radials electric hammers sanders as well as the most basic tools will be used there will be noise and dust the hotel has 6 swimming pool and during april and may they will paint them the pools will not painted at the same time always there will be pools opened
The hotel is planning some refurbishment on 12 apts in the complex which will commence 23 03 26 until approx 07 06 26 this will be a complete refurbishment of the apts inside and out including balconies and terraces floors kitchens bathrooms furniture new fixtures and fittings and lighting the work will be carried out daily from 09 00 hrs until 19 00 hrs and may cause some disturbance in the complex i e noise dust etc as there will be use of heavy electric tools electric hammer drills sanders etc and finalising with paintwork the hotel has 6 swimming pool and during november and dicember they will sand and paint them the pools will not be painted at the same time but one by one always there will be pools opened
