The boracay haven group of hotels values the health and safety of all its employees suppliers and guests strengthens all necessary steps in preventing the spread of covid 19 in accordance of the existing protocols of dole and the philippine government hence we are implementing the following guidelines for our guest s accommodations  we highly encourage guest to process our online check in forms via link and email  passports and identification cards will be required prior to arrival  guest will be required to fill up a health declaration form  temperature will be taken upon entry at the premises  we will imply a no mask no entry policy and will require guest to wear face mask all the time inside the hotel specially in public areas  rooms are at maximum of 2 occupants only  visitors or joiners in the room will not be allowed  floor marks are placed at reception area and elevator to observe social distancing modified services  we will serve plated or set breakfast and we highly encourage our guest to place their choice in advance  limited available tables at the restaurants for crowd control and social distancing  time frame for use of swimming pool  limited room services  guidelines and references will be posted in each guests rooms for guest requests and assistance these services were taken out and will not be available based on hospitality guideline and protocols  welcome drinks  room make up and turn down service  use of sauna at haven spa  use of gym  massage treatments please be advised that based on current department of tourism protocols family rooms guest staying for 4 persons in 1 room accommodation must be living in a same household as well
