About Catalina Plaza Hotel Sostenible

Our newly opened hotel features 36 rooms ranging from Doubles to Executive Suites, each equipped with home automation and sustainable technologies. These include photovoltaic panels, vacuum tube water heating, rainwater collection for our 100m² vertical garden, a mobile key app, and smart, low-consumption fixtures. Our restaurant, led by Chef Borja Marrero, boasts a Green Michelin Star and offers a unique, sustainable dining experience focused on local ingredients.
