Situated at the lowest spot on Earth, on the shores of the extraordinary Dead Sea, the hotel is just a short distance from ancient biblical and historical sites such as Masada. This beach hotel was fully renovated in 2009 and consists of a total of 302 rooms, all renovated recently. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Guests can enjoy a cold beer at the lobby bar or a sumptuous meal in the restaurant. Facilities include air conditioning, a currency exchange, lift access to the upper floors, a café and conference facilities. The hotel has luxury rooms, of which 4 are lavish suites. Each room enjoys views of the desert and the Dead Sea from the balcony or terrace. All are en suite with a shower, bath and hairdryer. In-room amenities include a double bed, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a safe, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities. Guests can float on the world's saltiest water and enjoy a healing sulphur bath or a relaxing treatment at the luxurious Shizen spa. There are also sun loungers with parasols laid out on the sandy pebble beach. Breakfast and dinner are served in buffet form in the restaurant recently renovated.
