All Colombian Passengers or foreigners not resident in Colombia who enter for reasons other than tourism must pay VAT 19% upon arrival at hotel.

Hotel insurance can be paid voluntarily at the hotel.

Following the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law Nº. 8.069/90), the accommodation of people under 18 unaccompanied or with their guardians will be accepted only with written authorization of their parents on a notarized document. Parenthood must be proved through ID or Birth Certificate.
