Hotel Indigo Ningbo takes the century-old legend of Yong merchants as its narrative thread, drawing inspiration from the historic character of Ningbo’s old money houses and Jiangxia Street. Symbols of the Ningbo Merchant Group such as scales, abacuses, Chinese silver dollars, accounting rooms and old shop signs are reinterpreted with a contemporary touch. These elements are woven into every corner of the hotel, from guest rooms to restaurants, from the bar to meeting spaces. The hotel features 234 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites ranging from 45 to 130 square meters. From design details inspired by traditional accounting rooms to decorative motifs rich with meaning, every element quietly tells a story of honest trade and trusted dealings.
