It is located on Place St Pierre which is the only natural public park in Petion-Ville, 10 meters from the Police Headquaters of Petion-Ville, 20 Meters from the St Peter's church and Mayors office. This hotel was inspired by a unique style developed locally by Haitian architects returning from training in France at the end of the 19th century.
