Reial 1 Apartments, a newly constructed building (2021), enjoys a prime location in Tarragona. Just steps from the beach, the port, and the train station, it's also conveniently located near the Palace of Congresses and a short 5-minute walk from the city center. This 7-story building offers 30 apartments for stays ranging from two nights to eleven months. Each apartment features air conditioning, heating, and hot water, all powered by sustainable aerothermal energy. Excellent thermal and sound insulation ensures a comfortable stay. The one and two-bedroom apartments are fully equipped, and each room is outward-facing, providing exceptional natural light. Select apartments also include a terrace or balcony.
