About Salto Do Lobo

Two entire granite houses with a capacity for 20 people located in the heart of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, in the middle of the heart of nature in the beautiful and enigmatic high mountain. Unique location with waterfalls at the doorstep. It is located 7 km from the city of Covilhã, which has supermarkets and restaurants, 3 km from the village of Penhas da Saúde, which also has restaurants, and 10 km from Torre where the ski slopes are located. Guest Access The houses are large and made of granite. All rooms have oil heaters. The kitchen has a gas heater. The living rooms have two fireplaces and a wood stove. Access to the park is easy but we advise driving with caution and slowly. Other Things to Note A firewood kit will be provided for the first night. For the following nights, we ask for a contribution of 25€ for firewood.
