The hotel is located in the neighbourhood of Los Manantiales, about 15 blocks from the centre and a few metres from Lake Argentino. Fully renovated in 2009, there are 20 accommodation units in total at this aparthotel. The cottages and apartments are built in the typical and noble Patagonian Cypress wood of the region and offer beautiful views over Lake Argentino.
