About The Atrium Resort

The Resort is a luxury gated hotel/condo resort located on Governor's Road (continuation of Grace Bay Road past Leeward gates) in the prominent gated community of Leeward in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The Resort being a condo-style hotel/resort enhances the guest's stay as they experience more privacy and tranquility and feel like they are right at home. Shuttle free from the hotel to the beach. We set up umbrellas and loungers. All units are designed with dark wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite/marble countertops, and travertine floors throughout. All units feature ceiling fans and central air conditioning, ensuring personal comfort and control. There is a laptop-compatible safe in each unit, as well as a flat screen LCD television. Guests can travel light since all units feature a front-load washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. We are going to be renovating our pool and hot tub, and these two amenities will be closed on September 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025. The property will still remain open and other amenities (gym, etc. ) are open.
